Marmots
In time for Ground Hog Day.
Can you spot the Wyoming cousin to the Hoary Marmots of Alberta?

Yes. The Yellow-bellied Marmot (M. Flaviventris) which is common in the US Rockies down through Wyoming and Colorado.

Six of the 14 species are in North America. Alaska (M. Broweri), Hoary (M. Caligata), Olympic (M. Olympus), Vancouver Island (M. Vancouverislandsis), and Woodchuck (M. Monax).

I have only seen the two.
